Tulip Festival Ride - Portland Meet Up (Monthly Open Ride)

Our April open ride is to the Woodburn Tulip Festival - 33814 S. Meridian Rd., Woodburn, OR 97071. OSC is offering two meet up locations, one in Portland and another in Salem. This event is for the Portland meet up. It is not necessary to sign up for both events. This ride is open to all scooterists - members and non-members.

The Portland and Salem rides will rendezvous at the at the Tulip Festival for fun and scooter camaraderie. Portland riders will be lead by Severin Villiger and Rick Fletcher will lead the Salem group.

We expect the Portland event to last from noon until 6pm. We will be ending the ride back in Portland at the Green Dragon - 928 SE 9th Ave. We are avoiding highways on the ride, however, there are some short stretches of road where we will have to maintain speeds of at least 50 mph. It is recommended that your scooter be over 50cc. We also have a gas stop scheduled midway to the tulip fields.

are we meeting at 11, or leaving Portland at 11? Just want to make sure I don't miss it! :) Looks like GREAT weather for this weekend...
