Raid meeting 4-22-09
Raid meeting 4-22-09 7:30 p.m.
9 members in attendance.

First order of business was put forth by Rick. Rick wanted to find out what type of Raid we, as a club, wanted. The consensus was that an open to non-scootering public was not the way to go. We would not close or post a limit on attendance. Officers would keep a watch on the site and it's permanent residents. Comparing the attendance from the last few Raids, there was the thought that there would be no more the 65 people or so. Rick wanted to keep the non-membership fee at $30 which could be applied to membership.
We came up with a vote on the theme for Raid. "Lucky 7" was the winner. Casino style games and games of chance. The prizes for these games may be sponsor items as well as OSC items.
Roger was going to get together a flier. He will be coordinating with Tom on a design. Roger will work the flier design to work with the patch design.
roger will need:
-A list of Raid sponsors
-Dates
-Times
-Starting location
No pets at this Raid and "6 miles south of Canby" will also need to be put on the flier.
We talk a bit more about the menu and need for volunteers.
Getting the word out on the local scooter boards.
Try to get together a pre-registration.
Get together an email address for pre-registration.
Next meeting in mid may.
