Puget Island Ferry Ride Report
The ideal weather on May 3rd brought out 20 scooters for the Puget Island Ferry Ride. We had one first time OSC ride, Trail Member Caro Helbig on her Hoysung 250. As a part of our new Ride Sergeant program in support of new OSC riders, Ride Sergeant Dave Kenny accompanied her on the ride. As a Ride Sergeant Dave was responsible for leading the new rider and providing navigation support so that she could ride at her own pace and not feel pressured to keep up with any particular…

Long way home
After lunch with a friend today, I thought I'd take a long way home, maybe half an hour. I ended up going to Oxbow Park, then tried to find Dodge Park, but got lost, and ended up going home through Boring and Damascus and down Foster. But who cares? It was a beautiful day to get lost. My half hour ride ended up two hours. Hope people got a chance to take advantage of these last three days of great weather!

Saturday ride and meet & greet
Had a great time on the ride, but I hope I was not slowing everyone down. Still need to work on cornering, all in all a great ride.
Glad to meet some of you this morning and ride.
Thanks Bob for getting me there and back safely and for your time :)

1st ride out of town
The weather was great and I met up with my brother at the hospital to visit with Dad and then we rode to Brownsville and he headed off for Keizer and I headed back home through Marcola. He left me in the dust on the corners, but he knew the road and I had not been on that road before. We went through Coburg and on up to Brownsville. I was doing 55 to 60, but when it came to corners, I slowed down. He has a 150cc scooter and I have a 250cc scooter, other than the corners I stayed right behind…
