So sorry to hear about your bad experience at CS, with ordering parts. :( I'd like to say that never happens, but yes, that is the case sometimes. Parts get back ordered all the time; and once in awhile the order can get confused on either our end or the vendors end; delaying things quite a bit. That's really lame that we dropped the ball. So sorry! I really hope you can forgive us and not feel as if that's the kind of service we give all the time, because that's just NOT the case.
Now, i'm not saying i know the situation at all; but what i am saying is, that since i started working for CS (mainly Vespa Hillsboro) things; like ordering parts, have gotten a little more organized.
