Dave,

I just got a new Burgman 400, and I see on your profile that you have one too. Any tips or info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Melody :)

Hi Dave,
Thanks for writing. Been a fun scooter so far. A lot heavier than my Yamaha C3 and a little bit of work getting it in my garage with my car, but I've got it figured out.
Are you doing your own maint? I did the 600 mile one. I had some trouble with the service manual and not being able to find things. Took me 10 minutes to find that the oil filter is not on the same side as the oil filler. LOL Taking the plastic panels off was tricky the first time, but should be easier the next time. I have one of those red fold up trailers that they sell all over it should take the weight of the scooter, just a matter of figuring out a ramp so I can get it up on the trailer. How do you do with big trucks passing? Sounds like you have a lot of experience. Hope to meet you some time.
My best,
Harold
