I replaced my stock headlight bulb with this sweet PIAA bulb that gives off almost twice as much firepower. The bulb draws the same as my scoot's stock bulb of 35w yet delivers 60w. It wasn't inexpensive yet the color is an almost bluish-purple (no it is not a blue emergency vehicle bulb). The bulb's light wavelength is at the upper end of the spectrum. While most vehicle headlight bulbs are white-yellow this one is white-blue.

I could really use your help adjusting the headlight sometime as I don't believe it is angled right. I seem to be lighting up some upper tree branches....
