Greetings All OSC Members.I have been in communication with Richard Cunningham the president of Vespa Club of Santiogo Chile,. ( He contacted us months ago asking if we could meet when he was visiting Portland)  He contacted me this morning to advise that he is in Portland now and would like to meet.I hope some of you can join me to swap scooter stories with him and learn about scootering  (is that a word) in Chile.
