Hi -Thanks for the link on the chargers. I ordered a couple for my two scooters with good batteries.
I have used fuel conditioners before in my riding lawn mowers and my weed wacker with good success. Be sure to run the engine a little bit so the ...

A foul-weather ride plan: either go see a movie at the Imax theater or go ice skating at Lloyd Center.
Hey, armored riding jackets are great for falling on the ice, too!

Visit the four peaks of greater Portland: west hills, Rocky Butte, Mt. Scott, Bull Mountain.
Bad weather? This might turn into something of a "two peaks" ride.
Rick can help plan the route, but we need a volunteer to lead this one.
Really an outstanding ride. Thank you so much for figuring out the route and showing us that great view of the valley. (Can you give me the names of the two roads that we stopped at to see the view so I can mark it on my map for future reference? ...
I can't make it to the planning session but I would lilke to suggest that the club participate in the Monmouth-Independence Fourth of July Parade. It is a fun event and we could decorate our scoots and advertise the club. I would be happy to organ...

Hi Abigail, Sorry I didnt get back to you sooner, I had an impromtu trip out of town. Would like to get together for a ride some time? Are you going to the meeting on the 7th at Applebees?
Is anyone interested in an impromptu ride for tomorrow, Monday, Sept. 6, 2009?
If they are, Kathy and I are going to meet at the Dairy Queen on 25th and Mission St. We are going to leave at 11:00, and take some back roads around Turner, Aumsville, Stayton, Lyons, and gates. We will be scouting out a ride for later this month.
If you have plans for Labor Day, or this is too short of a notice, don't even worry about it. We came up with a plan at the last minute, and thought that if anyone else would like to come, that would be fine with us.
No need to reply, just meet at the Dairy Queen at 11:00 with gas tanks full. And hopefully the weather will be kind to us.
Happy Labor Day, and maybe we'll see you there!
Melody
