Impromptu Thursday March 8th (@ 10:00-10:15 Departure) Ride

On Thursday, the mercury is suppose to hit a balmy 60, then rain perhaps for the week after that?

The location to meet is @ Cycle Gear. The address is 8930 SE Stark (just off I-205). We will be going to the northside of Sandy, OR. and the major point of interest is Dodge Park Sandy. I will try and add a google map tomorrow of the route.

For those who like to take pictures, please bring a camera. We will keep track of those taking pictures from the side of the road, or in the park and patiently wait for them to catch up. If Arden is riding, I will not bring the bear repellent. Last time at the park, we were able to see 2 or 3 deer a short distance away, bear signs, & photos at the river prior to the park, is a must.

The distance ridden is between 45-70 miles. We can have coffee in Sandy, and maybe get some good photos of Mt. Hood and the valley below us. Steve may have to leave early, not a problem. Please acknowledge if you can make it. Depending on the route after coffee and the park, may use Highway 26 or I-84, but maybe not.

I'm not Tony, but we are meeting at Cycle Gear @ 10:00 am. James Shelton and I live south of the area, so we are going to meet at the Best Buy in Tualatin on Nyberg road @ 9:15, and then ride up together, if that helps.
