Hagg Lake - Open Ride

Come Ride With Us - All Scooters and Motorcycles Are Welcome

Open rides are free and open to all members and non-members.

We are planning a ride of about 75 miles which will Circumnavigating Hagg lake (about 10 minutes from Forest Grove). To accommodate the OSC’s wide Varity of scooters and riders, we will leave in two waives. A slower more relaxed ride, top speeds of about 45 MPH, will depart at 11:30 AM, and faster ride will leave at noon.

There will be a west side pick up for the slower group at the US Bank parking lot at 185th and Farmingington road at noon.

Please arrive with a full tank of gas and perform a safety check on your scooter.

Hi Everyone; This was my first OSC ride, and I must compliment Rick for great leading, Dave S for great 'backup', and all the other slow-riders. Debbie and her red "LadyBuddy" and Linda in her green international "HummingBuddy" and I (in my white "BuddyFly") all really liked riding in this group format and learned a lot. I look forward to many more great rides, and now I'll try to upload some shots of our ride today. Thanks again OSC!

My son and I really enjoyed the ride to Hagg Lake today. Everyone was so friendly and the ride was a blast. Sorry we had t leave a little early for another commitment. I look forward to the next ride!

Linda Saari and I will be attending the slower ride as Linda's BUDDY is only a 50cc. She max out at about 45 but has had NO trouble keeping up with us on our past rides... See you Sunday!

I'd prefer to ride with the 'fast' group, but the old Bajaj tops out at 56 or so on flats, and not close to that uphill. Foresee any problems for me?

Clarification

General Club Meet up at Holman’s Restaurant 15 SE 28th Ave in Portland at 11:00 AM.

Departures, meet for one of the three:

1. Slow ride departs from Holman’s 11:30 AM.

2. Slow ride west side pick up at noon in the US Bank parking lot at 185th and Farmington Road.

3. Fast ride departs at noon from Holman’s at noon.
