Want to beef up those Mapsourse route planing skills? We can help you do that! Just participate in our GPS Ride Developers Workshop
After this meeting you will know how to:
**Update, maintain and select GPS Hardware, Firmware and Software
**Efficiently create a Mapsourse route
**Avoid common ‘landmines’ in creating routes
Quickly find the best fuel and rest stops for creating your route
**Understand OSC waypoint naming conventions
**Communicate your route to others thru the use of OSC segmentation conventions
**Recover a route if you get lost on a ride
**Save a favorite spot on a route
**Use the Wide Area Augmentation function on your GPS
At the end of this event you will be able to create much stronger GPS routes. We also encourage you to participate in the GPS showcase the same day
Bring your GPS and laptop if you have one.
Light refreshments and soft drinks will be served at this meeting.
This event has one 10 On The Road point. There one total point available both of today's GPS clinics.
