Event Description
Let’s take advantage of this great weather and ride. We will be venturing over Bald Mountain on a new route. Indications the are the untested section of the ride (about 7 miles) is a one lane paved road northwest of McMinnville which loops back into Carlton. Please note we could run into some gravel, but it is not expected.

I was about 5 minutes late to the start up time, but no one knew I was coming. Finally caught up with the group on a gravel road and made the last half of the ride with everyone. Very interesting ride, and some good practice on gravel, as well as some good twisties. (not on gravel, thankfully) Only made the trip at all because I had two people drop out of my Meals on Wheels route, so it didn't take as long as usual. Glad I could make it!
