OSC's goal is to promote safe riding, road manners & scooter awareness. We provide rides & more for new & experienced riders.

Membership in OSC

OSC membership is $45 for the first year, and $36 to renew each year after that.

Saturday Market Ride Report - March 2010 Open Ride


As is the long-standing OSC tradition our March ride was to the Saturday Market. The 16 scooterist on 15 scooters were blessed with dry roads and warm (well, Oregon spring time warmness) during their 1 hour ride through the West Hills before picking up a group

Oregon 10 X 10 Challenge

What is the Oregon 10 X 10 Challenge? It is your chance to build some scooter camaraderie, visit some Oregon landmarks, and win an OSC 10 X 10 Challenge patch and certificate. It is a little motivation to put together some private rides you share with others. That is what the OSC 10 X 10 Challenge is about.

Impromptu Ride Report – February 19, 2010

A blast e-mail to all OSC Members one day before the ride captured 3 riders for this impromptu event. Two Burgaman 400s, ridden by Alan Loo and Rick Fletcher, and a T-Max guided by Dave Kenny launched on a 84.7 mile ride a sunny day with temperatures around 60 degrees.

Join me in welcoming our fist new member of 2010, Rob Meloy. Rob lives in Portland and rides an Aprilia Sport City 250. You may have met him on the October, 2009 Baggnstos ride or the November, 2009 Four Peaks Ride; but if not, don’t worry, you can meet him soon. Rob has signed up for the March, April, May and June rides. We look forward to seeing lots of Rob and his Aprillia.
